Coles Family Album 2014

It’s here and I don’t think I’ve ever liked a book so much (thanks to Ashley at Under the Sycamore for the great idea). I have waaaay too many pictures sitting on my laptop and now they’re finally seeing the light of day. book book book book book book book book
I ordered the 20x20” book and it’s actually bigger than I was expecting which isn’t a bad thing. I’ve ordered 8x10” books before and the pictures are so tiny you can’t really even see them. And to avoid creating an entire book with a year’s worth of pictures in just a few days (like I did this year), I’ve started putting together a few pages at the end of every month, so I’m already several pages in to our 2015 album.

I was originally debating whether or not I wanted to print my instagram pictures out using Chatbooks, but now I’m thinking I’ll just keep having a few pages in the back of each year’s book designated for them and other photos that don’t really fit anywhere else or need their own page.

How do you display your pictures? Am I the only one that takes tons and then lets them sit on my computer for years?

  1. The book looks super cute! I like the idea! I might have to do the same thing. (:

    1. If you decide to I'll show you how! I created a bunch of custom templates for mine because they didn't have exactly what I wanted and it takes a minute to figure out how to do it.
