Midway Ice Castles

I'd been dying to go see the Ice Castles in Midway ever since the first year they opened. (Apparently John was actually planning on taking me the day he proposed, but for some reason that I can't remember he didn't . . . maybe the tickets were sold out?) We finally made it up this year and I have some low-quality pictures to show for it. Getting dark + snowing + huge crowds make for not the best photography scenario.
The music from Frozen was blasting and I'd guess that any little girl would be completely thrilled to visit. We wandered through, avoided the ultra long line for the ice slide, and finished off the night with hot cocoa. And we made it out of Provo Canyon before they shut it down because of all the snow. A+ night.
